Nothing New to Report

1) Ryenn wearing a dress and TuTu 2) Ry making art

I don't really have much to say today. I am just bored. Lately I sleep lousy, but wake up before 8 o'clock. So my house has already been cleaned (nesting I am sure), and I have eaten breakfast. Ryenn won't wake up till around 9 or 10. So here I am.

Striking a pose on the kitchen floor....I think that is her favorite face to make

John turned 25! We spent the night in Tucson by ourselves in a lovely Resort. We should have sprung for the couples massages (they offered a prenatal massage), but we didn't. It was nice to just sleep in a comfortable bed without having two kids kicking at me. (surprisingly, leah does the most damage)

My Ob doesn't think that I will make it all the way to my due date, which is March the 26th. Based on what she sees at my next appointment, she will schedule a date to induce labor. She said that I still have to make it to that date though!! Ha ha ha. Maybe I will sit still like a lump for the next month so I have a better chance. Except I doubt that I can because the sight of a messy room drives me crazy!

Voodoo!

We had an OB appointment in Tucson yesterday. Of course we took advantage of the many opportunities there....like shopping and eating good food. We ate at a delicious Vietnamese restaurant called Pho 88 (where Jeff Case used to work). They have the best egg rolls ever! My stomach is growling just thinking about them. Anyhow, when I was pregnant with Ryenn, the wonderful owner told me that I was pregnant with a small baby girl. She was right. It was amazing. So, when we walked in yesterday she asked after Ryenn and my mother. Then she asked about the new baby. She told me that it didn't matter what the doctors had told me because she was sure that the baby was a boy. She was also certain that it was coming next month!!! I hope this time around she is wrong, but maybe I should make some emergency plans???

A New Nunley

My Brother-in-Law Daniel and his wife Casey welcomed their new baby boy Cayson Daniel Nunley early yesterday morning. He was 6lbs. 12oz., blond hair, and from what I understand he is a little on the short side. Casey was having some symptoms of Preeclampsia so he was delivered early.

Baby Update

Ryenn being adorable

We had our Glucose Tolerance Test appointment recently. I don't have the results yet, but I seriously doubt that I have Gestational Diabetes. I do however have some suspicions that I am going to get Preeclampisa again. I have some of the warning signs, so I am trying to take it easy.

Ryenn being angry

During our last appointment, our Dr. confirmed that our little Leah Jae is going to be small. Not Ryenn small....hopefully....but small nonetheless. I hope she is around 6 lbs. So now I am going through all of the clothes we saved of Ryenn's. I am looking for all of the Preemie and 0-3 month outfits. I am officially 28 weeks pregnant and in the 3rd Trimester. Yea for me!

Ryenn and Tyvien..don't forget Tinkerbell

Sadly, our Christmas tree has been taken down. I love Christmas....just for the tree, lights, and ornaments. I already can't wait until we can decorate next year! It's too bad that we don't have any fun holidays to decorate for soon.

Christmas 2009

1) Tio Pancho helping Ry opening gifts 2) Excited about her DVD

We had a blast this Christmas! This year Ryenn was interesting in all parts of this holiday. She wanted to help decorate the tree, wrap presents, then bake cookies. It was so much fun! She was even excited about opening the gifts. Each year I have had to open every gift for her. It always seemed rather silly.....I would wrap something for her, but to have to open it again. Waisting valuable time, and wrapping paper.

1) Ryenn not wanting to share her gifts 2) Ryenn opening her doll house from Grandma Ida

We spent a pretty quiet morning with the Nunley family. Quite a few of the bunch were spending holidays out of town. While it is fun to be with everyone, I think we had a nice intimate Christmas. All of the conversations were held to a normal volume. We didn't have to scream over each other to be heard!

1) Opening more presents 2) Tyvien would rather eat her fingers 3) Ryenn and her "Cow Baby"

Then after lunch we came home to open gifts with my family. We had the added bonus of celebrating my mother's birthday. I made her a pineapple upside down cake. It was delicious!!
1) Why do the kids always play in the boxes? 2) Ryenn, John and I 3) Gaspar, Mom, Me, and Pancho

Halloween Pictues

I was putting this off because my favorite pictues of Ryenn helping with the Jack-O-Lanterns are still MIA. I was hoping that John still had them on his work laptop, but I keep forgeting to ask him about it. So here are the ones that I have.
